Mango Vinaigrette

    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed
    • 2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 tsp. shallots
    • 1 tbsp. Ponzu
    • 1/2 oz. walnut oil
    • 1 oz. canola oil
    • 1 tsp. Worchester sauce
    • 2 tsp. honey
    • Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
1. Mince shallots and place in bowl.
2. Combine all other ingredients and combine with a whisk.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve over a mixed green salad with a piece of salmon and fresh sections of mango.
