• | 1 oz. Vanilla vodka |
• | 3/4 oz. Chambord |
• | 1/2 oz. Navan |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Heavy cream |
• | Chambord/Raspberry puree, for glass |
• | splash of Club soda |
Method: | |
1. | Prepare a martini glass by swirling Chambord and Raspberry puree into the glass. |
2. | Combine all other ingredients (except soda) into a cocktail shaker and shake. |
3. | Strain into the prepared glass, add a splash of club soda and garnish with a raspberry and peach. |
