| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon, thawed | 
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed | 
| • | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed | 
| • | 1/2 lime squeezed for fresh lime juice | 
| • | pineapple or blood orange slice for garnish | 
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a blood orange or pineapple slice. Serve. |
