1 1/2 oz. vodka |

3/4 oz. triple sec |

1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |

1 tsp. sugar |

1 wedge Meyer Lemon (use a regular lemon if a Meyer lemon is not available) |

1 tbsp. superfine granulated sugar for rim of glass |

| Method: |

Rub the rim of the Martini glass with the Meyer Lemon wedge, and then dip in superfine sugar to coat the rim. |

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. |
| 3. |
Add in Vodka, Triple Sec, sugar, and Meyer Lemon Concentrate. |
| 4. |
Shake well. |
| 5. |
Pour the liquor mixture through a strainer into the prepared Martini glass. |
| 6. |
Garnish with a curled zest of Meyer lemon. |
