| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. vanilla concentrate |
| • | 2 oz. club soda |
| • | lemon wheel (garnish) |

| 1. | In a mixing glass add all the ingredients, except club soda, with ice. Shake and serve over the rocks in a tall glass, top with 2 oz. of club soda. Garnish with lemon wheel. |
