    • 1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/4 oz. honey syrup
    • dash of ground cinnamon
    • 4 drops cardamom bitters ( Scrappys)
    • blood orange peel or grapefruit peel (garnish)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and double strain into a cocktail coupe. Expel oils from the citrus peel on the drink and use peel as a garnish. Honey syrup: 2 parts honey, 1 part water. Cinnamon- use a salt shaker. Or a small thin straw dipped into inch deep ground cinnamon.
