| • | 1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. honey syrup |
| • | dash of ground cinnamon |
| • | 4 drops cardamom bitters ( Scrappys) |
| • | blood orange peel or grapefruit peel (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and double strain into a cocktail coupe. Expel oils from the citrus peel on the drink and use peel as a garnish. Honey syrup: 2 parts honey, 1 part water. Cinnamon- use a salt shaker. Or a small thin straw dipped into inch deep ground cinnamon. |
