My Brothers A Serial Killer

• 2 oz. Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey
• 1/4 oz. Campari
• 1/4 oz. Averna
• 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
• Cinnamon Drinking Vinegar
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 1/4 oz. lime juiceCinnamon Drinking Vinegar:
5L of Datu Puti Vinegar
20 cinnamon sticks
1 jar The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
5L of sugar

Cinnamon Method:
Combine Datu Puti Vinegar with the cinnamon sticks and heat on medium until simmer. Once simmered add Chipotle Sour and sugar, and continue heating until all sugar has dissolved or until simmer. Let cool overnight and then remove cinnamon sticks.

Method:
Shaken and double strained into a coupe/martini glass and garnished with smoked black salt and chili pepper horns.
