    • 1/2 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
    • 2 oz. vodka
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 6 mint leaves (muddle)
    • 2 sprigs thyme (muddle)
    • 4 basil leaves (muddle)
    • 1 rosemary sprig (muddle)
    • 2 lemon wedges (muddle)
    • Splash of club soda
    • Lemon peel (garnish)
    • Additional herbs (garnish)
Method:
1. Place all herbs, lemon wedges and ice in shaker. Muddle until leaves are well crushed and lemon juice extracted.
2. Add vodka, Thai Basil & Black Pepper, Yuzu Luxe Sour, St. Germain, simple syrup and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with lemon peel and additional herbs.
