Never Trust the Living 1 drink Tim Creedon, Blue Ridge Kitchen - Featured at Wizards of Elixirs Cocktail Competition 2022

Ingredients for the cocktail:

• 1 1/2 oz. Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey
• 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
• 1/2 oz. simple syrup
• 1/4 oz. lemon juice

Method for the cocktail:

1. Combine all cocktail ingredients, shake over ice, and strain. Top with foam, brandied cherry, a dash of chipotle ash, and lava salt.

Ingredients for the foam:

• 10 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Sangria blend, thawed
• 1 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 1 1/2 oz. simple syrup
• 3 egg whites
• 2-3 chargers

Method for the foam:

1. Add the above ingredients to an ISI pint whip cream canister. Put the top on and shake well. Then charge with 2 cream chargers and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
