| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. honey syrup |
| • | 1 egg white |
| • | 4 leaves Thai basil |
| Method: | |
| Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a thai basil leaf. | |
