| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Peach Ginger blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | Club soda |

| In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice except club soda, shake well. Serve on the rocks in a collins glass, top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon peel. | |
