| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed | 
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed | 
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup | 
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice | 
| • | Lime wheel for garnish | 
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve. |

| Add 1/4 oz. Mezcal Blanco with all other ingredients into mixing glass. | |
