Oaxacan Paloma 1 drink Justin Hendryx / El Dorado Cantina

Ingredients for Oaxacan Paloma:

• ¾ oz Ilegal Joven
• 1 ¼ oz Cazadores Reposado
• ¼ oz Aperol
• 1 ½ oz The Perfect Puree Lychee Puree, thawed
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 1 oz grapefruit juice
• Jarritos grapefruit soda, to top

Method for Oaxacan Paloma:

1. Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake vigorously.
2. Strain over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with lychee fruit and lime wheel.
