Ingredients for Passion Del Cazador:

• ¾ oz. The Perfect Puree Caramelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• ½ oz The Perfect Puree Mango Passion Fruit blend, thawed
• ½ oz. agave
• 1 oz lime juice
• 2 oz Cazadores Reposado
• pineapple wedge with pineapple leave and a Tajin rim, garnish

Method for Passion Del Cazador:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass.
