Pajeon Dipping Sauce

    • 1/4 tsp. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
    • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp. water
    • 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
    • 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Serve with pajeon!
     Spice level: You can adjust the spice level to your liking by putting less or more of the Red Jalapeño Puree.
