Papaya-Honey Creme Fraiche Dressing

15 minutes plus standing time for créme fraiche

    • 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya Puree, thawed
    • 8 oz. heavy whipping cream
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 3 oz. honey
Method:
1. Stir together heavy cream and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight to make creme fraiche.
2. Whisk together creme fraiche, Papaya Puree, and honey until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Flavor Twists:
Prepare this dressing in a new way by substituting Apricot Puree, White Peach Puree or Mango Puree for the Papaya Puree.
Serve this rich, creamy mixture over a fresh fruit salad, chilled steamed asparagus, mixed into a Waldorf salad, or draped over chilled barbecued chicken or turkey.
