• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
• | splash of Domaine Chandon Etolie Rose |
• | spritz of Absinthe over the glass |
Method: | |
1. | Place all ingredients into a shaker glass. Shake 20 times. Strain and pour into a Martini glass. Spritz glass with Absinthe atomizer filled with French Absinthe Emile Pernot La Blanch. Garnish with 1 slice of strawberry floating. |
