Caterina Miltenberger, Corporate Mixologist Glazers

    • 1 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree,  thawed
    • splash of Domaine Chandon Etolie Rose
    • spritz of Absinthe over the glass
1. Place all ingredients into a shaker glass. Shake 20 times. Strain and pour into a Martini glass. Spritz glass with Absinthe atomizer filled with French Absinthe Emile Pernot La Blanch. Garnish with 1 slice of strawberry floating.
