| • | 2 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Colada blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 lime, juiced |
| • | 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup |

| Combine all ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Shake vigorously in a Boston Shaker for 10 seconds. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Serve. | |
