Passion Colada Mojito

    • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges with bitter white center pithe removed
    • 12 mint leaves
    • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Coco®
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Colada,  thawed
    • Club soda
    • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish
1. Muddle lime and mint leaves in an oversized tumbler until juicy and aromatic.
2. Add Bacardi and Passion Colada.
3. Stir, fill with ice, stir and top with soda.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint.
