| • | 1 qt. organic sugar cane |
| • | 2 cups filtered water |
| • | 2 tsp. salt |
| • | 1 tsp. citric acid |
| Method for the Passion Fruit Drinking Vinegar Batch: | |
| Stir to dissolve (may take some time). | |
| For the Passion Fruit Drinking Vinegar to serve: | |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Drinking Vinegar |
| • | Soda water |
| • | Mint sprig (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| Serve drinking vinegar in a Collins glass with soda water and ice. Stir to incorporate. Garnish with a sprig of mint. | |
