• | 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 cup lime juice |
• | 1/2 cup orange juice |
• | 2 tbsp. honey |
• | 1 vanilla bean |
• | 1/2 qt. heavy cream |
• | 1 lime, zested |
• | A pinch of salt |

Method: |
1. | In a saucepan, combine Passion Fruit Concentrate, lime juice, orange juice, honey and vanilla bean. |
2. | Simmer for 10 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. |
3. | Add the lime zest and salt. |
4. | Blend all ingredients until smooth. |
5. | Use as a dipping sauce for warm churros. |
