Passion Fruit Sauce

30 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 vanilla bean
1/2 qt. heavy cream
1 lime, zested
A pinch of salt
Method:
1. In a saucepan, combine Passion Fruit Concentrate, lime juice, orange juice, honey and vanilla bean.
2. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
3. Add the lime zest and salt.
4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
5. Use as a dipping sauce for warm churros.
