• | 2 oz. Skyy Infusions Passion Vodka® |
• | 1 lime, fresh squeezed |
• | 3/4 oz. Ginger-Habenero syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango, thawed |

Method: |
1. | Wet rim of martini glass with sweetened Homemade 7 Spice powder(2 parts ground cinnamon, 2 parts ground fennel, 2 parts dried ginger, 1 part ground Szechuan peppercorns, 1 part ground cloves, 1 part ground star anise, 1 part ground cardamom)and set aside. |
2. | Combine all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. |
3. | Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. |
4. | Strain into the martini glass. |

Ginger Habanero Syrup: |
| 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, heated to just before boiling with 1 seeded Habanero and 2 oz. sliced fresh ginger. Remove Habanero 5 minutes after taking off heat. Cool and strain out ginger. |
