| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Peach Ginger blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3 dashes orange bitters |
| • | 1/8 oz. vanilla flavoring |
| • | Top with sparkling wine |

| In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice except sparkling wine, shake and serve in a champagne glass. Top with sparkling wine and lemon twist. | |
