Peach Sting

    • 1 oz. Hangar 1 Vodka
    • 1/2 oz. Lexington Bourbon
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. Honey Ginger Syrup
    • 3 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
    • orange twist (garnish)
    • honeycomb (garnish)
    • grated cinnamon (garnish)
1. Build the vodka, bourbon, The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, lemon juice, honey ginger syrup and orange bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly until chilled. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a long orange twist (that is tied into a knot), a piece of honeycomb and grated cinnamon.
Honey Ginger Syrup:
    • 1 cup local honey
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 oz. grated ginger
1. To make the syrup, combine 1 cup local honey with 1 cup water and 1 oz. grated ginger in a small pot. Bring to a gentle boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes; swirl occasionally. Strain through cheesecloth and allow to cool before use.
