• | 6 oz. Square One™ Organic Vodka |
• | 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 4 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 8 drops Angostura Bitters |
• | 16 oz. whipping cream |
• | 8 tsp. sugar |
• | 1 tsp. ground Cardamom |
Method: | |
1. | Place cream, sugar, and 2 shakes Cardamom into a bowl. Whisk until thickened. Set aside. |
2. | Place Pear and Ginger Purees into a saucepan and warm. Place mixture into shaker and add Vodka, Port and bitters. Dry shake (no ice) to blend. Pour mixture into glassware. Float Cardamom Cream on top of each serving. Serve. |
