• | 2 oz. Square One™ Botanical Spirit |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. Lavender Simple Syrup |
• | Rosemary leaves striped from 2” sprig |
• | 1 oz. lemon juice |
• | 2 oz. soda water |

Muddle rosemary leaves in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients except soda water. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over fresh ice in a glass and top with soda water. Serve. |
