    • 1 1/2 oz. gin
    • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
    • 1/4 oz. Pomp & Whimsy gin liquor
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. lavender syrup
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. aquafaba
Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give a dry shake. (7 seconds shake all the ingredients without ice. This will allow the aquafaba to expand and make the cocktail creamy with a nice delicious foam) Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds and double strain into a large coupe or martini glass.
