| • | 1/3 cup The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree,  thawed | 
  | • | 1 lb. lean ground beef | 
  | • | 1 tbsp. dried cherries, chopped | 
  | • | 1 clove garlic, minced | 
  | • | 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar | 
  | • | 2 tsp. dijon mustard | 
  | • | 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce | 
  | • | 1/4 tsp. salt | 
  | • | 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper |

  | Method: | 
  | 1. | Preheat grill to medium heat. | 
  | 2. | Place beef in a large bowl and gently mix in Cherry puree, garlic, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until combined. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into 1/2″ thick patties. Make a slight impression in the center of each. | 
  | 3. | Grill and garnish as desired. |
