Perfect Purée Cherry Burgers

4 portions

    • 1/3 cup The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree,  thawed
    • 1 lb. lean ground beef
    • 1 tbsp. dried cherries, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Method:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Place beef in a large bowl and gently mix in Cherry puree, garlic, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until combined. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into 1/2″ thick patties. Make a slight impression in the center of each.
3. Grill and garnish as desired.
