1/3 cup The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree, thawed |

1 lb. lean ground beef |

1 tbsp. dried cherries, chopped |

1 clove garlic, minced |
• |
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar |
• |
2 tsp. dijon mustard |
• |
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce |
• |
1/4 tsp. salt |
• |
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper |

Method: |

Preheat grill to medium heat. |

Place beef in a large bowl and gently mix in Cherry puree, garlic, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until combined. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into 1/2″ thick patties. Make a slight impression in the center of each. |
