| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. thai spice (lemongrass, galangal, bird eye chili, kaffir lime leaves) |
| • | Coconut milk syrup |
| Method: | |
| Reduce coconut milk down with Thai spice. Use reduction to create a simple syrup by combining equal parts coconut milk and concentrated simple syrup (2:1). Let that cool overnight, then mix all the ingredients together in shaker tin, shake, double strain into julep glass on the rocks. Garnish with Thai basil, a bird’s eye chili, and a few bean sprouts. | |
