| • | 6 oz. water |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 3 dashes vanilla concentrate |

| In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice. Shake, strain and serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon slice. | |
