• | 1 1/2 oz. Corzo Silver Tequila |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh grated ginger |
• | Ginger Ale |
Method: | |
1. | In a mixing glass muddle lime juice, simple syrup, Pomegranate Concentrate and ginger. |
2. | Add Corzo Silver Tequila and ice. |
3. | Shake and double strain to remove ginger into an ice filled tall glass. |
4. | Top with ginger ale. |
6. | Garnish with lime wheels inside glass. |
