| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. light rum |
| • | 1 oz. sweet and sour |
| • | 1 tbsp. superfine sugar |
| • | cubed ice as needed |
| • | carbonated water as needed |
| • | crushed ice as needed |
| • | lime wheel for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. |
| 2. | Strain into chilled glass half filled with crushed ice. |
| 3. | Cover with carbonated water, stir and garnish with lime wheel. |
