| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |

| • | long lemon twist (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients except lemonade to mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously. In a Collins glass, add a long lemon twist around the inside of the glass and fill with ice to hold twist in place. Double strain into the lemon twist garnished glass and fill with lemonade. |
