• | 32 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear, thawed |
• | 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• | 12 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 3 cups crushed ice |
• | Simple syrup to taste – desired consistency |
• | Cold water as needed to desired consistency |
• | Fresh fruit and/or mint sprigs for garnish |

Place all ingredients, except garnish, in blender. Process until frothy. Pour into a tall glass; garnish as desired. Option, serve in pitchers. | |
