Prickly Pear & Blood Orange Agua Fresca

10 - 8 oz. drinks

    • 32 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear, thawed
    • 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
    • 12 oz. pineapple juice
    • 3 cups crushed ice
    • Simple syrup to taste – desired consistency
    • Cold water as needed to desired consistency
    • Fresh fruit and/or mint sprigs for garnish
Place all ingredients, except garnish, in blender. Process until frothy. Pour into a tall glass; garnish as desired. Option, serve in pitchers.
