• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. fresh orange juice |
• | 3 oz. ginger beer |
• | mint sprig for garnish |

1. | Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve. |
