    • 1/2 oz. St George Terroir Gin
    • Champagne (to top)
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • Cotton candy
1. Shake together lemon juice, gin, and The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree. Strain into carafe and top with Champagne. Fill large coupe with a giant pink cotton candy cloud. Pour spirits over cotton candy.
