• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 1 bar spoon simple syrup (2:1) |
• | 10 mint leaves (muddle) |
• | large mint sprig (garnish) |

1. | In a 14 oz Collins glass add mint leaves and muddle. Add remaining ingredients, crushed ice, and swizzle with a swizzle stick until glass begins to frost. Add straw, top with crushed ice, and garnish with a large sprig of mint. |
