Purée Vida Swizzle

    • 1 1/4 oz. Scarlet Ibis Rum
    • 1/4 oz. Leopold Bros. Maraschino Liqueur
    • 1 bar spoon Nouvelle Orleans Absinthe
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 bar spoon simple syrup (2:1)
    • 10 mint leaves (muddle)
    • large mint sprig (garnish)
Method:
1. In a 14 oz Collins glass add mint leaves and muddle. Add remaining ingredients, crushed ice, and swizzle with a swizzle stick until glass begins to frost. Add straw, top with crushed ice, and garnish with a large sprig of mint.
