    • 1 3/4 oz. Dickel Rye
    • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. Small Hand Foods Orgeat
    • 4 drops The Bitter End Mexican Mole Bitters
    • Mint sprig (garnish)
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing tin. Add ice. Shake Shake Shake. Double strain into a bucket glass, over fresh ice. Give the mint a slap, and add it to the cocktail. Presto.
