• | 1/2 oz. Cointreau |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lime juice |
• | 1/2 oz. Small Hand Foods Orgeat |
• | 4 drops The Bitter End Mexican Mole Bitters |
• | Mint sprig (garnish) |

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing tin. Add ice. Shake Shake Shake. Double strain into a bucket glass, over fresh ice. Give the mint a slap, and add it to the cocktail. Presto. | |
