    • 2 oz. Bacardi White Rum
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1 1/2 oz. lemongrass syrup
    • Milk
Rim highball glass with passion fruit coconut gel and edible flowers. Shake all ingredients together and clarify it with milk. Pour into glass. Garnish with half of a passion fruit.
