• | 1/2 oz. raspberry vodka |
• | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry, thawed |
• | 1 lime wedge, juiced |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |
• | 3 oz. champagne |
Method: | |
1. | Combine first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
2. | Strain into a flute and top with champagne. |
3. | Garnish with fresh raspberries. |
