| • | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed | 
| • | 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil | 
| • | 2 cloves garlic, minced | 
| • | 1/2 onion, finely chopped | 
| • | 6 oz. tomato paste | 
| • | 15 oz. tomato sauce | 
| • | 1 tsp. Italian seasoning | 
| • | 1 tbsp. red wine | 
| • | Salt and pepper to taste | 
| Method: | |
| 1. | Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and sauté until onions are soft. | 
| 2. | Add all ingredients and let the sauce simmer. | 
| 3. | Place on top of store bought or fresh pizza dough. |
