• | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |
• | 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil |
• | 2 cloves garlic, minced |
• | 1/2 onion, finely chopped |
• | 6 oz. tomato paste |
• | 15 oz. tomato sauce |
• | 1 tsp. Italian seasoning |
• | 1 tbsp. red wine |
• | Salt and pepper to taste |
Method: | |
1. | Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and sauté until onions are soft. |
2. | Add all ingredients and let the sauce simmer. |
3. | Place on top of store bought or fresh pizza dough. |
