Red Raspberry Sorbet

    • 16 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry,  thawed
    • 8 oz. simple syrup
    • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Method:
1. In a large bowl combine Raspberry puree with simple syrup and lemon juice.
2. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions.
Flavor Twists:
You can make this sorbet with other flavors of Strawberry, Blackberry, Apricot, Black Currant, White Peach, Mango, Papaya, or Banana.
