1 1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
3 Thai basil leaves
2 dashes sesame oil
Splash club soda
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Serve on the rocks. Place Thai basil leaves inside of drink. Garnish with lemon twist, 2 dashes of sesame oil, a jalapeño slice and sesame seeds.
