| • | 2 slices of Serrano chile (muddle) |
| • | 3/4 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | Serrano chile for garnish |

| 1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and muddle the Serrano chile slices. Add ice shake around 12 times. Pour over fresh ice in hi-ball glass. Garnish with Serrano chile. Serve. |
