• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
• | Basil Sinker |
• | 1 sprig micro-basil (garnish) |
Method: | |
Fill Old Fashioned glass with ice, Apricot Puree and Rye Whiskey. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake vigorously. Pour back into glass. Pour the Basil sinker mixture down the center of the drink. It will sink and make a beautiful layered look and a stoppable flavor balance. Garnish with a sprig of Micro-Basil and/or a twist of fresh black pepper | |

• | 6 blanched Basil leaves |
