| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Shake or stir together the Blood Orange Concentrate and syrup. Strain into cocktail glass and top with ginger beer. |
| 2. | Cinnamon syrup: Bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil. For each cup of sugar used, drop in 2-3 cinnamon sticks. Cook down to about half volume. Allow to cool & store in airtight container. |
